At Skilt we like to treat you like a friend or family. As such we don’t have a long page of legalistic term & conditions relating to our products.
If you order something and don’t like it please let us know as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt. If the product is in unworn condition we will be happy to refund you (less shipping) if you return it for any reason.
If it doesn’t fit and we have another size in stock we are happy to exchange it if you pay the postage both ways.
If there is a manufacturing fault of some kind we will do our best to correct it. If it is something small perhaps we could pay for a minor repair by a sewer local to you. Alternatively we may ask you to return it and we will send you a replacement or a full refund (including postage both ways).
If you have had a product made to order then we usually can’t accept returns as we may not be able to easily sell the product to someone else. If we made it to the dimensions you sent us then you may have to accept the mistake and find a lucky friend to give the kilt to.
